lol! Don't do it that way! Just guess and then take it for a spin. If its off by a few just reguess where the needle needs to be a take it for another drive. It only took me a few tries to get mine right.
why would you want inaccurate gauges in your car the way i proposed takes all of 5 minutes to acomplish
Why? Because driving down the road fooling around with your gauges is not safe in the least bit maybe?

it doesnt mean to go down the raod at mach 2 and reset the gauge it can be accomplished going 5 or 10 mph in a controlled environment such as a parking lot etc.
