Front Right Brake

Front Right Brake
Greetings,
I bought a 2004 GT Convertible last October. The guy I got it from put a few of mods and it appears as though he did a fair amount of racing.
Long story short, there is an abnormal amount of wear on the front right brake. It seems that the caliper won't release after driving for a while. This is causing a lot of brake dust to collect on the rim and, obviously, wearing my pads down.
When I first got the car, I had the rotors and calipers replaced. That didn't stop it. Around January I had the flex hose lines replaced (maybe there was a kink?). Didn't help. Last month I took it to the dealer who swore up and down that everything was fine (except for the after market calipers). No ABS errors. Master Cylinder checked out fine. I took it back to the repair place and had the calipers replaced again under warranty, and it's still doing it. The guy at the shop suggested it might be a proportional valve, but I'm not sure what to think at this point.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Michael

How's the fluid old, new, unknown? If it's old it could have moisture in it causing rust in the calipers or if there is debris in the lines that can cause seizing in calipers. Just had this happen to me in my Toyota pickup after Toyota replaced the rotten frame. They also replaced some brake lines and bam a week later frozen brake caliper.

That's a brilliant point. I wouldn't know how to check that. The car rides really low with the set of springs the guy put on it. Wouldn't that have been something that the dealer or the mechanic would have caught?
