I'd get some Seafoam for the TB.

For the #7 coil... doesn't your car have Coil On Plugs? If so, you can buy a new, single COP for like $30-$50 (don't recall exactly) from the local parts desk. If you still have coil packs, I want to say a pair is about $150, and take the opportunity to upgrade to like an MSD Blaster pack.

And yes, a dead cylinder can cause all the problems you mentioned.

If I were you I would do everything yourself. I'm sure someone on the forum has an extra COP they would sell you for dirt cheap. While your cleaning the TB take the time to clean out your IAC and MAF too. Disconnect the battery for 20 minutes then start up your car and it should run like new!

Thanks guys I appreciate it, and yeah the TB "clean-up" is an easy DIY kinda thing, and i'll take off the IAC and give that a good cleaning too.

Well it sounds like you have a grounding problem. The PCM controls ground for each set of wires (3 pairs of 2) I believe 1,5 have the same ground, 3,4 same ground, 2,6 same ground. So tell me which specific 2 cylinders arent getting spark. You either have a wiring issue or a PCM problem.

1st. Wrong section
2nd. Next time you post try using basic 8th grade grammar, punctuation, and syntax and you'll get more help. (We don't ask for much)
3rd. Which happens to be my Favorite because of the picture I get to post:
