Let me save you guys some time (I already did the research, on my 02' GT vert., "sold" in replacement for what I have now

metal CAI..............BAD, yes the car gets hot...metal gets Hotter...hence bad, and may actually cost you a few hp

The one with the best gains is the K&N FIBK, that with the accufab t/b and plenum got me 14 rwhp on an aode
