Default Edelbrock Intake Manifold

Okay guys, I've been asking about opinions on intake manifolds and I looked on cjpony.com and saw this edelbrock victor jr intake manifold for about half the price of the trick flow and ford racing. I know I need to use an edelbrock fuel rail and thats not a problem. But it says it will not work with a stock tbody and plenum. Does anyone know if it needs a specific brand or if it can work with the bbk tbody and plenum that i plan on buying anyway. And if anyone has any reviews on this please let me know.

You have to buy an adapter that bolts to the carb flange and has bolt patterns for the factory upper plenum if you want to keep all your egr, iac, tps and vaccume stuff factory.

Unless you have the money to have the edlebrock ported I would stay away from it. I have seen it in person and seen how it had to be reworked just to get the ports to line up correctly.
