Default Torque specs for spark plugs

I have an 2001 GT I just installed a new NX plate kit on. I jetted it for a 100 shot.

Now I've heard a lot of people say up to a 100-125 shot, stock spark plugs are ok, But i'm playing it safe and got some NGK plugs one heat range cooler.

sooooo like the title says. Whats the correct TQ specs for spark plugs on our 2V heads. The last thing I want is to heli-coil a spit plug because i over tightened it.

my 2003 GT is a black coupe with a built motor and a Kenne Bell blower.

I also have a 2001 GT - white convertible i picked up last fall for a beach cruiser. Thats the car I'm putting the new plugs in.
