Default NPI block PI heads tuning question?

I have a 2000 Mustang GT I recently spun a rod bearing. I am currently in the middle of doing a swap when I was told a 99 Crown vic would work i jumped at the 400 dollar deal. I realized after pulling the stock motor that my intake would not match up. (my fault for not doing the research) I have since done research and as i thought the PI heads will work on a NPI block. But enough of my ranting, I was wondering if anyone knew what needs to be adjusted in the tune for the motor to properly run with the higher compression.
