Exclamation long tube header question!!!

i found holley long tube headers for my 2002 4.6l to be the cheapest, but will holley long tube headers bolt up to the bbk x pipe for long tube headers??? my car isn't passing smog and i need to change out my cats asap so i need this information badly...

Your post confused me... If you're in California your X pipe wont pass smog visual or mechanical inspection. Plus Long tubes are Absolutely illegal so you wont pass if you add those either.

If you're already failing smog, you'll really fail with those things. Any piece of intake or exhaust part has to have a C.A.R.B. number or it will fail no matter what.

Not necesarily. My buddy's intake on his car didn't have a CARB number and it still passed however the guys told him he has to have it next time which IMO is BS. But back to topic...If you're worried about SMOG WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT LONGTUBES FOR???? If you want decent performance from headers get the JBA shorties which will pass, and just switch out your mid-pipes when it's time for SMOG
