IAC Restrictor Plate Help!!
Due to my hanging RPM's, I just made an IAC restrictor plate. Getting ready to install it but don't know what side of the IAC the small hole goes on. I have read numerous threads on the installation and some of the say the small hole goes on the passenger side and some of the threads say the small hole goes on the driver side. Does anybody know which side of the IAC the small hole really goes on??

It goes on the driver's side hole.
If I were you, I would make a few plates with different sized holes. Maybe go up and down 1/32 of an inch. Restricting the IAC air makes the engine a lot more fun, but even small changes in the hole can make a decent difference.
My car threw a CEL with the hole recommended in the sticky (I forget the size). A hole 1/16th larger made the RPMs hang too much for me. I ended up having a hole 1/32nd bigger than the recommended hole, and that worked great for me. I only recently took it off because my tuner allows me to make the changes electronically.

Use a drilled 1/2" copper pipe cap(s), stuck in the IAC feed hose. Much easier to play around with than making gaskets and removing the IAC to swap them out.
I made an aluminum plug for mine, but a pipe cap will work just as well...
