O2 sensor thread size?
Anyone know the thread size on the O2 sensor bungs?
and or the threads ON the 02 sensors themselves? i dont have any laying around to check them.

IDK if you're trying to plug it or not but here's a couple numbers and ways.
Easiest thing to do would be to snap off a spark plug and use that to plug it. It's either a 14mm spark plug thread or something that's close to it and work would be 3/4x16 bolt.
If you're just trying to replace it, you wont need to know that.

well i WAS going to make one and didnt have a sensor to measure the threads. I am getting the UPR catless X for my 04 and am going to relocate the bugs so i dont need to get extensions. I got the MIL's and actually managed to get bungs for free from an exhaust shop.
ill prob use a bolt to plug them and weld it closed.

yea i actually came across that at one point. im not a fan of having to splice into my harness and whatnot. i like to keep things stock with the least "hacking" needed.
like i said, ive already got the bungs and its just as easy to plug and reloacte the bungs on the pipe.
