Question Any special tools needed to drop tank?

I'm finally getting a second to get the fuel leak fix. I have to replace that rubber gromet over the fill tube meeting the tank. Do i have to have any special tools to drop the tank enough to pull the tube out? Anything to release those bands? or will standard tools work out for me?

very simple you can do it with standard tools, but you will need ford fuel disconects to get the lines off the pump. on your back using jack stands should take around a hour to 2 hours. while you are there replace your fuel filter as well

should i have to remove the lines if i'm just replacing the gromet? just have to get the arm out enough to change the rubber. I'm also planning to upgrade the fuel pump..should i do that while i'm at it? will an upgraded fuel pump for a supercharger hurt anything if i don't put the charger on til after summer?
