new heads or c&c port
Im looking to do some head work on my supercharged 1996 mustang gt but cant change the compression to much due to the supercharger. Can anyone recomend a good set of heads that wont change my compression or should i just C&C port the heads that i already have?

Either get a set of ported NPI or SVO heads is your only option without getting into the shortblock.
The numbers of shops still around that know how to work the NPI heads properly I can count on one hand with a few fingers missing.
