I got the phone number from their website 561.908.0040 make sure you're in the car with the tuner when you call them.

when I call did I have to choose troubleshooting !!??

Because ford dealer and me can`t connect to the PCM to pull codes.

what you think !!

Call and choose the option for tech support.

Just pick up the phone and call them. If Predator has the stock tune in it they will force that back into your computer, this also deletes the custom tune on your handheld so hopefully you have that backed up. If not maybe the person who tuned the car has a backup copy, or you will have to create a new custom tune, or run the stock tune.

I'm just curious as to why the tuner was unplugged from the OBD-II port while it was busy programming. As you are busy making any changes with the tuner itself, it not only walks you through the process but also explicitly asks that you do not turn the key off or unplug the tuner.

OP, I am sorry for your misfortune, but if you were unsure at all in the use of the tuning device you should not have attempted to use it yourself without having first completely read the instruction booklet (sounds like you may have bought your tuner used and therefore do not have said booklet) or in lieu of that used the tuner under the supervision of somebody familiar with this device. Although these handheld tuners are fairly easy to use, it is also fairly easy to completely f**k up your car with one, as you have discovered. Hopefully Diablosport can help you out.

My friend I have been use the Daiblosport sine two years without ant problems but in that day the cable has been remove by mistake So, I hop Diablosport will help me ...

I give Diablosport call with the tool powered up in the vehicle and we troubleshooting but

he said my PCM blink it is need reprogram and he ask me to open RMA request and sent the ( PCM and Predator ).

What do you think gays !!???
