Default Broken window buttons

Hey guys i went to put 2 windows down at the same time and apprently the piece that holds all the buttons couldnt handle my super strong fingers and it got pushed down into the door panel..
all the buttons still work but i havent had time to take it apart yet. does anyone know how these are held up? did i break some clips or is it glued?

Default I glued and remelted the posts on mine

I had the same happen on my driver's side about a year ago. Now I have to do my passenger side as well.

Get some good 2 part epoxy for plastic and a soldering iron.
The iron is for the plastic posts that originally fastened the switch to the plate. You can remelt them if They aren't badly broken. That's why your switch is sitting in the door. Hopefully they'll still be some posts left.
I used epoxy as well and held it down overnight with a weight.

I use my switch everyday and it's still holding up. I could pull mine it apart and take some pictures if it would help. Let me know.
