Default help, disconnecting rear abs sensor

I am pulling the whole reared out of my car to install my 4.10s. I read a really good write up in the S197 section. He disconnect the abs line a foot or so from the end of the axle. I am look at my lines and don't see a connector there. The bolt that holds the sensor in place looks to have a special head on it. I am not sure if it will mess it up if I try to remove it there. I traced the wire until it went up into the body and did not find a connector anywhere. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

it is under the back seat. you gotta unplug it and then push the grommet thru the floor. The end of the sensor is a E8 inverted torx bit. And getting the sensor out of the rear without destroying it is pretty tough

As it turns out I had to got buy the socket and remove the ABS sensors any. Could get the axle in far enough to get the C clips out. Now I can go ahead and hook the wires back up and I'll just bolt the sensors back in while reinstalling the rearend. fyi it's not the hard to take them out if you have the right socket.

You got lucky with your car. I've done a ton of mustang rears and about 50% of them are a handful trying to wiggle the sensor out of the housing
