The peg that does not move is the clutch shaft, the other is the adjustment pawl pin.

ok, so i have them on the right peg at least. now i just need to get it aligned properly. it's difficult when you're laying on your side, it's hard to line things up. that, and i can't see the clutch cable. any tips, other than removing the drivers seat? i think mine got welded to the floor when he installed my subframe connectors, they will NOT come out.

At my age and girth I had to pull the front seat to have any chance of seeing it. It helps if you poke a length of dowel or wire through the adjuster to behave as a guide--or use a mirror to loo through the adjuster hole to see which way the quadrant needs to be moved.
