Default No start.. Need some help.

So I blew another spark plug on start up first of all... In my effords of trying to get it home a half mile away I lost power car died. Got it home I repaired the spark plug issue. Now the car only cranks doesn't start. I checked spark thats fine. I checked fuel pressure I have 0 psi key on and 25 psi while cranking. If i crank her long enough she will begin to start then die. I checked all fuses. I've been doing alot of reading and found the diagram on the FPDM below. I checked that connector and found 12.3v. As per diagram it says to replace the FPDM if greater than 10.5v. Has anyone had this problem before? And is the modular just a plug and play or does it require and coding from the dealership? Or an I looking at a fuel pump problem? Oh and I'm sure I have a fault code but I dont have access to a code reader.

Do you hear the fuel pump priming when you turn the key? If not, odds are its the FPDM.
