What needs to be bought and replaced? The lug itself snapped off inside of a lugnut when removing the wheel, we also discovered one was already broken.
you will need to replace the bad lug bolts. any parts store should have them. i replaced all of mine with longer race studs but you have to run open ended lug nuts with these
