I did it with no problems, didn't mess up the bolts or intake or anything, having that big oil pan makes it a pain to line up the trans and engine though, you really can't move the engine much once it is in

yeah, well its definitly an option, and appreciate your post. I would like to keep that to a last resort cause i have a ton of money invested in this project, and i hate to snap that sh*t and the motor go crashing to the floor, ya know? but if nothing else works... your the man, its obviously the most convienant place to hook up.

probably gonna have to pull the trans then put the engine in place and then put the trans up to the motor, that's what my buddy ended up doing
