It is in the passenger side wheel well, just aft of where in airbox snorkel comes through--you need to pull the wheel and inner fender to get at it:

Is there anything special I need to do to replace this part? I am ordering one but need to know if I should unhook the battery or anything else when replacing it. Thanks

You should ALWAYS disconnect the battery when working on ANY electrical/electronic component...

Uber, Thank you for the well wishes--I had a mild stroke on May 26 (a TIA), and then another in late June that messed up my left side. The good news is that with a very supportive family and some therapy I am doing quite well.

For a while I could not think straight (I did not dream at all for a couple months) and was unable to drive but I am better now; Dr. Mom even cleared me to ride my bike!!!
