As the guys above said. Start turning the steering wheel when car is stopped. If no sound, then you can drive it and since its the right side the sound would lower abit when you take right turns at speed due to weight moving to the left tire, if it is the wheel bearing. If not that then take the tire off and spin the axle to see if something is grinding. If none above then park the car, rent a Renault for few days and when you will start driving the stang again the sound wont bother you no more.....

i had noises. I put a little grease on all the connecting points that rub. solved the noise issue. also our cars have no grease fittings so you have to just eyeball what to lube up. be sure you dont get any on the brakes.
