I'm getting a ticking/knocking noise but only at speeds over 60mph or so, such as when I'm on the freeway. As soon as I get off and come to a stop the noise goes away and doesn't start back up unless I get back on the freeway. Getting a check engine and it throws me a code for a bad cam position sensor. Replaced that today but that didn't fix it. My oil pressure gauge is also acting screwy. Will jump from dead to normal pressure randomly. Hoping my pump isn't going bad and low pressure is causing the noise?

So it doesn't make this noise at high RPM while idling? Only while driving?
