PI cam hunting..

PI cam hunting..
I looked at the inventory at a junkyard not too far from here and it states there's a 2006 crown vic police interceptor with a 4.6, along with a few other 2001 and later crown vics, all with the 4.6. I looked up specs for these cars and what I've read shows 220hp (250 for police interceptor). Are these actually PI cars? Why's the hp so low? If they are infact p.i. I'll probably make the trip tomorrow.
