Odometer/Tripometer Stopped Working
I'm completely new to this forum, so if this question has been asked many times before, I'm sorry. Point me to the correct thread and I'll get out of your hair. The odometer/tripometer in my 1997 GT Vert with 57K miles stopped working approx a month ago, even though the speedo still operates correctly. I'm just wondering if this particular car uses an electronic pulse generator for the speedo and a mechanical setup for the odometer? Is this a simple repair? Thanks, Ivan

sorry to open up an old thread, but I have a question about the odometer gear. has anyone ordered a gear from odometergears.com? if so, is the SATURN, FORD, DODGE, CHRYSLER 20 TOOTH ODOMETER GEAR #10-016 $28.00 the one I need? also, are there any other sites that sell them? thanks!
