Default New car, new problem...

Hi everyone. Names Aaron. New to the forum and recently purchased a 03 gt 5 speed with 88k on it. Has some bolt ons, such as cai, 75mm bbk tthrottle body, t&l upper intake plenum, bbk shorty headers, catless, xpipe, magnaflow exhaust, underdrive pulleys, 4.10 gears, upgraded clutch and short throw shifter. Has a sct Bama performance programmer. Today I brought it to a local dyno jet. Before going, I went to a car wash, after the car wash it started acting up. Sputtering on idle and under acceleration in all gears. Prior to the car wash however, I went from the race tune to street. So I'm now trying to solve this issue. I've spent a good amount of time reading others with same issues and wanted to share my problem. I have no check engine light on. I scanned for codes still, and nothing showed up. I've tried unplugging each coil and fuel injector one at a time while it's running and each one causes the rpms to drop. Haven't pulled cops yet, but there is zero signs of moister around the cops let alone the motor itself. My dyno was a sad 219whp and 258wftq.the graph showed iI was missing as well. I tried all three tunes as well as stock and all gave close numbers. FYI, ran perfect last night. Any ideas?

I'm going to say they are stock to be on the safe side. Although, updated from last post. Out driving around and found an ls1gto cruising, so we decided to do a couple pulls. The stang sputtered pretty bad up till roughly 5500rpm. After that is literally acted like it got a shot of nitrous and rocketed off! Since, sputtering has slow diminished. Pulling much harder now. So I'm left saying hmm. Btw even with sputtering, the mustang held its ground with the gto:-)

What did you scan with? Often, the scan tools you can borrow from places like Auto Zone don't report everything, or show the wrong codes.

Used the sct tuner to check codes. Also have a scan gauge 2, no codes on either. Also, today I was going wot for a split second, let off and coasted to a stop sign. While costing, it died on me. This happened twice today. No codes yet.
