Push clutch in and car stalls?
Recently my cars RPMs have been out of control. For the past month when I would step on the clutch the rpms would increase to anywhere between 1500-2500. I checked to see if maybe my floor mat was effecting the gas pedal but it wasnt. Now I took my car for a drive lastnight and every time I stepped on the clutch my RPMs would decrease until the point it stalled out. It happened at least 5 times. Now today I drove it, it didnt stall, but when the car is idling the RPMs are real low around 500. Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks -Mike

I also have 4:10 gears and bigger rims, so my speedometer is already off by about 10mph. Could this be affecting the computer or something? I was just about to order a Bama tuner to fix this issue, but if I have to fix this its going to have to wait.

sounds like it could be a dirty IAC valve, especially with the rpms not doing the same thing all the time. the car should idle somewhere around 500 anyway so that sounds right. I'd try cleaning the throttle body, IAC and maybe the EGR valve too.
