is this a good deal?

I know the mileage is kind of high but I was thinking I could offer them $9k for it but what do you guys think about it and if I go to look at it is there anything in particular I should look for? Thanks in advance

93,000 is low mileage for an 01. Looks like a good Cobra deal.
Looks like either the hood isn't closed good or it needs to be adjusted.
