Default Difference in blocks?

I know it's nothing special, but I am curious as to why my block doesn't look like the Teksid or Windsor blocks. The Teksid have squares, the Windsor have diamonds, mine has nothing.

Because , unless I'm mistaken, your block is Cast Iron. Teksid and WAP are both aluminum. While WAP is cast by windsor, It is not "Technically" a windsor Block......

I've been able to confirm it is a romeo engine. Thanks

Aside of the block being an obvious Romeo design (now that I know what one looks like) the cams have the square cradle above them indicating Romeo.

That explains that....

Just a side note......the cast iron windsor block doesnt have "Shapes" either.
