Default New car lots of problems.

So I bought a 2000 GT convertible with 201000 miles from my father two weeks ago sight unseen (we live 4 states apart for the last 5 years). It was supposed to be a great deal but all of the money I had set aside to make it a fun little toy is now all gone to parts to fix what I've found and for every thing I fix I find 5 more problems from a top motor that drains all fluid one week after being serviced, cracked rotors and broken studs, dark coke brown colored coolant to the whole rear end leaking. I've spent lots of time on this forum learning what I need to fix this hole I have allowed myself to fall into.

This is my first ever project car and it is a big learning experience but I have a question now I can't seem to figure out and can no longer afford to have someone fix it for me. The car has and abs light that never goes off and I can't turn traction control off (I would love deeply to burn out it would make me feel better) today I noticed that when braking and while stopped with the car in drive the engine pulses very heavily up and down around 1000 to 1500 rpm. I put it in my driveway with the parking brake on in drive and no pulsing touched the break and the pulsing started again and I am out of ideas.

Have you checked the 4 sensors for the abs? how about the IAC for the hanging rpm 1000-1500? or the TPS ?
