binding clutch cable maybe? with a picture

oh no, I haven't gotten a chance yet to take off the cable, but I'm saying that it definitely feels like its coming from that area under the dash.
I also thought of this, see in the picture in my first post on this thread, the cable is mounted onto a fuse box, (i think its a fuse box) and i had someone press the clutch while i watched the cable and it moves a lot because its mounted to freaking plastic.
