What are CAFE standards?
I thought 5W 20 seemed "thin" but I figured the engine had very close tolerances.

Negative. It was just so that ford could squeeze out extra MPG for the EPA.

Both of my mod motor fords get 530, valvoline in the pick up, Mobil 1 in the cobra
Both get motorcraft filters
