Here's what I got 99 gt with a fresh 4.6, no internal mods. Have procharger pushing 6-8 lbs, 14 lbs destroyed previous motor, anyway, intercooled, 255 in the tank, pro-comp polished intake, 78mm on top w/ 42lb injectors, BBK shorty's, X pipe w/SLP's out back. Okay here's where I'm losing my mind..... Crank the car, purrs like a loud kitten. Once the car reaches op. temp the idle jumps from 300 to 1800, leans out, but eventully straightens out after 30 seconds. Take it for a ride & its a monster, for 100 feet then falls on its face, spits, sputters. Pull over, backpeddle the gas, it will clear its throat & straighten up. Pull out again, keep the rpm's high, its good for about a mile, then does the same thing. I'm lost especially I simply transferred my bolt-ons from one motor the other. I am completely lost, please help.
