Degreeing Cams
#11
Got some time in the garage today, results are in
Right Camshaft is at 113 Intake Center-line
Left Camshaft is at 111 Intake Center-line
This takes a lot of time, you will know when you have it right when the numbers are repeatable.
Did each side like four times
Here's some pictures
At this point i'm going to put the motor in the car i'm hoping my next mod will be a set of CMS stage one cams and at the point i will balance everything.

I couldn't leave well enough alone, i tried to adjust the cams. At least in my case there is absolutely no movement in the keyway on the camshaft.
Not sure where all the stories come from about being able to make adjustments, again might just be my case. There is no way to make a three degree adjustment.
You would have to file it and i don't think that's the way to go about it, so i'm going to go for the Trick Flow adjustable crank gear, you can get then for like $70.00
If i had to estimate one degree is is equal to like an 1/16"" to 1/8" of movement on the degree wheel.
