Marker lights keep burning out

They're getting filled with water somehow, can't figure out where it's coming from. Anyone else ever have this happen?

I haven't changed any of mine,so I'm not an expert..Do they plug into the front when you remove the Philips screws ,or into a twist in socket from behind?
Sounds like a faulty seal somewhere.
