Default Idiot light on

Picked up a 1998 GT about a year ago and it's been running great but now an idiot light has come on and it looks like it's a symbol of a radiator. Has a new serpentine belt and the alternator is charging so I'm guessing the water pump is working. Hoping it's just low on anti-freeze. Just wondering if it could be something else? Hasn't been leaking fluid as I check all the time.

Low on fluid or bad reservoir sensor.

Others here probably know for sure, but the sensor might be an integral part of the reservoir, and has to be bought as a complete unit.If you just want the light out,you could probably just bypass the sensor.
