I have a very hard time believing that there's only 1500 in upgrades. There's no way your pushing out that much horsepower without a supercharger. And you cant buy that and get it installed for 1500. If you are N/A then it would cost a hell of a lot more. So what are you lying about?

You can believe what you want, doesn't change the fact that it happens. I'm not comparing prices of the cars now, why would I do that? I'm talking about back in December '02 when they were brand new. My car listed for $29,826 and a new Cobra went for around $34k without a dealer markup. I've spent maybe $1500 in performance mods on my car. I'm real happy with my car, looks mean, attracts tons of stares and comments, even when surrounded by 03/04 Cobras. Went to the dyno a couple of weeks ago, got a good tune, hung out with my Cobra buddies this past Saturday, and it just bugs the hell out of them that my car gets more attention than theirs, and I can hang with them on just about any road or highway they decide to take. Life is good.

I find it hard to believe that you hang right with the Cobra and haven't spent as much as the cobra costs. You can get a Cobra for around 21k now from personal sellers if you look hard enough. I'm interested to see what you paid for your mach then. Because the only way you would be hanging with 455 rwhp in your mach is if you're blown.
