Default Brakes and Rotors

Hey all,

My brakes barely passed inspection. The guy at the shop said the rotors were just about shot too, and that I should just wait for them to go metal on metal.

Have any of you done the cobra brake conversion? Is it worth it, or should I just get some slotted/drilled rotors and new pads and call it a day.

Peace

I did it on my GT (well just the fronts) and damn you can tell a difference. 11.XX to 13" rotors, yeah you'll notice. Plus it looks good check out my sig if you do decide to go for it.

Wow, can't believe they even check your brakes on an inspection. Never seen that.

Keep in mind that to do the rear conversion you need to pull the axles.[:'(]
