Mine is ~1.5in lowered using about $40 worth of springs. But it's not ideal for any type of handling application, strickly straight line. That's a 28in tire in the back.
P.S. An Isolator is the little rubber things on the ends of the springs that keeps them from making noise on the mounts. I'd say keeping them off would be worth ~.5in?

Mine is lowered 1.5" front and about 1.3" rear with just Eibach Pro-kit springs. No C/C plates, just an alignment and zero problems. Handles a lot better than stock.

I wouldn't take the isos off of the frpp c-springs if you go with those...I think the drop on mine was nice and they are still on....besides if you dont like it just cut off a partial coil (they have a dead coil so it doesnt affect the spring rate much if at all)
