as long as the leak isn't coming from the pinion seal or fill plug area I would try resealing it. Or you can get your self a rear end girdle which will add more strength to the rear. here's a link to one on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...spagenameZWD1V

shoulda bought agirdle...that stock piece is garbage for the power you have. Definately get a good girdle though so you dont stress your gears and really mess some **** up.

31 spline axles/diff aren't even close to bullet proof. Just alot better than stock. From what I've heard, you have to have 33spline to be NHRA legal to go 10.50. Not sure it that's true.
Get a girdle, and get a real rubber gasket. So you don't have to fool with the RTV and crap. I know Fordracing and Trickflow sends gaskets with their girdles.
