I just bought and am about to install next weekend The sportline eibach springs, i was wondering what i should use to do the re-alignment? I know eibach offers a kit, but i want to make sure im doing this correctly.

If you really want it done correctly, your car will need to visit an alignment shop. And with the Sportlines, you'll want to make sure to get a good set of c/c plates (some here have said the three bolt ones are crap so you might look into a four bolt design, Steeda and Max Motorsports both offer those, there may be others I'm not thinking of) and a bumpsteer kit (fancy name for tie-rod ends). Without those parts, it's my understanding that a proper alignment is near impossible. I've heard an alignment can be done with a tape measure, but that just sounds like an "eyeball" way of doing it. An alignment rack will get your car dialed in so you have no problems whatsoever.

I have a buddy with an alignment rack...Will that do the trick...Or do i still need caster/camber plates as well???

With the Sportlines i believe you will need both.

i am running just caster camber plates with my sport lines but i would suggest getting shorter shocks and struts

get the c/c plates and just get a regular alignment. you should be all set after that.

i suggest getting a bumpsteer kit. my car with my sportlines wants to steer itself all the damn time and is really annoying.

To do the job RIGHT you need:

Aftermarket shocks/struts (i would get them at foxbody length)
caster camber plates
bump steer kit

Sprotlines are some of the lowest springs you can buy.
