Nitto tires homepage has a virus
Got a warning when heading to Nitto via Google. Gave me a malicious warning, so thought I would check it out.
Sure enough, when the site opens, there is a bit of a lag. At this point, there is a file named 14474222.exe installed on my computer. This is no issue for me, as I know how to deal with it, but if you don't
STAY AWAY FROM NITTO HOMEPAGE
Will keep my pepes advised
....That is all

EDIT: If you go there, do the following.
1. Right-click on your taskbar at bottom of your desktop, choose "task manager" control/alt/delete is the same place.
2. Go to "processes" tab and highlight the 14474222.exe file and hit "end process". You will get a warning, but is standard oporating procedure from Microsoft, ignore it and DELETE IT ANYWAY.
3. When done, go to search and look for 14474222.exe and delete the file when your computer finds it. You will be all good at this point.
4. Remember.. you MUST terminate the process in Task Manager PRIOR to deleting. Otherwise, you cannot delete!

What, Security Tool?
It's not Nitto's site that is infected (well, it may be) but there's a good chance you picked up a trojan somewhere, which installed security tool.
It's a fake AV, pretty harmless... just a pain in the ***.

If you mean http://www.nittotire.com/ then there's nothing wrong (or they fixed it), I just hit it with my DMZ machine running Avast AV and found nothing...
You likely got hit somewhere else...

I picked up the virus at Nitto for sure, as I go into the Task Manager and msconfig constantly to see what is running and istalled. There is no doubt I received it from Nitto, but is now fixed as Cliffy said.

PS. Jazzer The Cat (the cat not the dude) is the finest ***** on the planet, so no need to look any further than the couch to pepe it and pretty sure I won't get infected doing that
