I have an 01 mustang gt conv. with a 4.6, recently it started stuttering while stopped in gear .. first slow then speeding up. also feels bogged down when accelerating at low rpms as soon as i hit high rpms it straightens out. thought it was a vacuum or bad gas not sure. but no engine light has come on. any suggestions ?

I think I experience the same problem. It may be dirty injectors cause when I load up on injector cleaner it goes away for a while.

How many miles since the plugs were last changed, what type are they, what do the COP boots look like (hardened, cracked, carbon paths, smell burned, etc.)?

If it is HV being bled off through the COP boots then install new boots sooner rather than later or you will be buying one or more new COPs as well...
