So I just got back from my first ever Mustang event, the Mustangs for Hospice Pony Run & Mustang Show in Ashville, NC. It was an awesome time, over 350 Mustangs driving the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway together!

Anyway, there was a raffle and I won an Injen Powerflow CAI! Now, based off their website and what I've gathered on here, it seems like a tuner is not needed for this CAI. Is this assumption correct? I'd hate to get the thing setup only to have it make the car run lean.

No tuner is needed for a CAI. congrats.

I'm not sure about the Injen CAI, but I know you need a tune for the C&L and JLT intakes. Email Injen and see if they respond.
