Default Update on Mustangs project

Well after getting my hatch back running I noticed a slight engine knock and slipping transmission. So I decided to get the coupe running (that's the one that is getting a 302 or 351w) anyways, after replacing the ignition switch and fixing the trans line it fired right up. I got to drive it around the block last night and it purrs like a kitten. The engine does sputter a bit but I have not done anything to it and I am sure its running on at least 4 year old gas. So this weekend I hope I can tune it right so it can run better. Unfortunately the trans does slip going into gear so might need a trans rebuild don't know yet for sure. But on the plus side all the windows light horn dash lights all work. I will keep you posted. Thanks for reading

Well I got better news form the, I went to the gas station and filled up a 5 gallon gas can with 93 octane. I poured it into the car and let it run for a while and the sputter calmed way down to almost none and the surging went away. Then I topped off the trans fluid and the trans shifted perfect. This defiantly the motor and trans that I am going to keep! Pics will be up this weekend I promise

This is the transmission cooler line that I had to fix when I replaced the radiator

I never understood why someone would do this to a car???

Fuel pump switch! Why is there even a need for a switch

Back seat is kinda clean after a good vacuum too bad I am getting a rear seat delete
