so i just picked up a 87 vert 4cyl na and me and my buddy picked it up for 400 bucks been sitting but we want to do the tbird tc swap but have no idea where to start or what is interchangable etc all and any advice is extremely appreciated.

I'm currently working on my tc swap. Its a fairly straight forward process, but there are a lot of tech articles out there to help you out. First, check out the tech articles here. There is a lot of info in there that would help you out. Also check out Stangnet. They have a fairly large 4 cyl mustang community and I beleive a lot of the guys here are members there too. Also check out the thread in this forum here I had a lot of questions about the swap and there is a lot of useful info in here.

Check out some other sites like stingerperformance.com, 40bob.com, and there are several others out there that you should able to find googling your mustang.
