to see some serious increases go for:

head cam upgrade or s/c or both.

some Thumper ported heads would get you started in the
right direction and dont cost much at all.
He has a $900, head cam kit that promises 12 sec 1/4 miles.

yeah i forgot about my equal lengh headers and h-pipe and Flowmasters, i dont have the stock sh@t

stock headers would help you not hurt you, the tq loss with bigger headers hurts unless you have a h/c/i

Well, to put things into a different perspective, I ran a 14.6 @ 93MPH last year with the following mods, headers, O/R H, Flows, 3.73s, subframes, tri-ax, subframes, and a drop in amsoil two stage air filter. Many calculators on the 'net say it has about 200 to the wheels.

Keep in mind there are a lot of variables in doing that with a 1/4 mile time but I believe I drove the car the best somone could to get the numbers, besides DRs.

Also the only engine mod was a drop in filter and 13 degrees of timing.
