it's a great tuning tool..I just think the learning curve of it is just too much..I could never get the handle on mine as I went with a PMS system

vfast could obviously give you a better explanation of what it is and how it works, but ill do my best. it does everything the tweecer rt does, but comes with a hand held computer that is more user friendly. it also goes into stand alone mode after 3500 rpm, running 100% off the pms

...I like it better as the directions are very clear,I'm a 'puter dummy....but it cost more..but is very user friendly I just can't stress that enough..it can also put plugged into the 'puter just as the tweecer rt model to data logged..but the amin thing is unlight the tweecer is you can see what's going on with the key pad so you can make changes as the car is running......but as 100th said it can be used as a stand along from I think the new model is like 2000rpm or 2500 with the stock computer or with out...
