How much HP can stock 5.0 internals from a 95 GT handle before they have to be forged?

 

that depends a lot on how you plan to make the power. nitrous and turbo/blowers I would recommend forged pistons and steel rods. I have heard that the stock cast crank is good to 400 HP or so depending on the overall combination you put together.
