How much HP can stock 5.0 internals from a 95 GT handle before they have to be forged?

that depends a lot on how you plan to make the power. nitrous and turbo/blowers I would recommend forged pistons and steel rods. I have heard that the stock cast crank is good to 400 HP or so depending on the overall combination you put together.
you could also ask the guys at Ford Tech at 586-468-1356 for their thoughts on this too.
