i hope so...atleast give me a 12.1!!!! this car does cover more ground than before...i just hope my d/r's hold up

they have been on the car since last summer.

so what are signs of a bad vss?...what mine is doing?..where does the wires go to in translation of the signal to computer?

Code 29 showing up at KOEO.....you would have to do a pulse check with a scope to confirm there are no problems in pins 3 and 6 at the ECM connector, but I don't think that is necessary....do a clear codes and check how it "relearns" with the VSS connected.....and make sure you don't have a code 67 showing up as well.

Keep in mind that idle, while VSS input is over 3mph, will be higher and it'll "hang" some....that's normal, as long as idle is OK after you get to a full stop.......FYI... OBD-II manual tranny Stangs ('96+) do have a hanging idle (1200 rpms+)...and again, normal....it's part of the "idle strategy" set by Ford.

yeah my 98gt got on my nerve's as well.....i see that the tweecer has a vss set up/program?
