RE: 93 5.0 Lx Hatch
sure it is, but not much more after that.
the right port work, and the right match of parts, i have 2 buddies who make 518 and 547 on stroked and blown 302's
take the blower away, i'm sure you'd see 380-400 rwhp

RE: 93 5.0 Lx Hatch
Thanks man. The reason I ask is because my cousin, who died back in 2000 because of a motorcycle wreck had a 93 5.0LX Hatch and he worked for a Ford dealer for about 7 years and got many parts cheap. My aunt and uncle has it parked in their garage with only like 70,000 miles on it, and my uncle drives it on nice weekends. Anyways, they came down for the weekend and we began talking about Mustangs, because they've never seen mine until this weekend, and he was saying he believes it has about 400+ hp. He says he knows it has cams, headers, head work, full exhaust, intake, and a few other things. I asked if it was 400 to the wheels or the crank, but he didnt know. He said he remembers the hp #'s because he was talking to one of the guys that my cousin used to work with a few weeks ago. My brother and cousin were like brothers because we lived next door to them for a long time and they used to hang out and get in trouble together all the time. My brother is gonna ask if he can have the Stang since they were such close cousins. It would be nice to have such a beast around, but I dont know if they would let him have it, or even buy it off them. If any of you live around Bloomington IL, or close to it, thats where they live, maybe you'll see the beast in person, I havent seen the car in over 5 years.
